On the unit we bought, we didn’t use the backup camera as the car already provides that. A backup camera must be waterproof, as it is designed to be used on the outside of your automobile. I do not know if this unit provides the parking stripes. They do offer good support, so I would contact the manufacturer for further assistance.

It even survived a horrific wind storm, (in which we hadn’t secured the tent properly to the ground). It traveled approximately 200 yards, and remained intact and undamaged.
